At Globanni, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and reliably across South Africa and select international destinations.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1β3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- South Africa: 8β15 business days after dispatch
- International Orders: 8β15 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, demand, or customs processing. Some items may arrive separately if shipped from different suppliers.
3. Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required β what you see is what you pay.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a few days to reflect. You can track your order directly through the courier's website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Globanni is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Globanni is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at support@globanni.store if you notice an error before your order is processed.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@globanni.store so we can investigate with the shipping provider. In rare cases of lost packages, we will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
9. Split Shipments To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.
