Refund & Returns Policy

At Globanni, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The following items are non-returnable: sale or clearance items, perishable goods, downloadable or digital products, and items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at support@globanni.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent — in which case Globanni will cover the cost.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Exchanges Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please indicate your preference when contacting our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@globanni.store with photos. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
