At Globanni, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@globanni.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. In such cases, Globanni will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate this when contacting our support team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@globanni.store with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
